Commentary on the Third Book of the Decretals (Books III–V)

Commentary on Books Three, Four, and Five of the Decretals of Gregory IX by Nicolaus de Tudeschis (Panormitanus), published at Lyon in 1546. Book Three covers the life and conduct of clerics, prebends, tithes, religious houses, and related matters. Book Four covers marriage and betrothal. Book Five covers criminal matters including accusations, simony, Jewish law, usury, and related topics. The two sections have independent folio numbering. The text is set in two columns of Gothic type with marginal glosses. This copy is from the Getty Research Institute.
